Living in a warm climate I tend to use a tinted moisturiser for lighter coverage during the day and in the evenings I will apply a foundation that provides heavier coverage.

After hearing rave reviews about Laura Mercier’s Tinted Moisturiser with SPF20, I decided to give it a try and here is my feedback.

The Product

The tinted moisturiser has a lightweight formula that evens out my skin tone and blends easily into my skin. I like that it has an SPF20, which saves me from having to apply a separate sunscreen. It should be noted that if I was going to sit out in the sun, I would apply a separate sunscreen. I don’t use an additional sunscreen if I am at the office or going about my normal day.

You can layer this moisturiser to provide additional coverage and it is suitable for all skin types. It is non-comedogenic and dermatologically tested. The tinted moisturiser has a fantastic colour range and is available in 15 different shades, catering to all skin tones.

The Results

As the day progresses, I do tend to get slightly greasier skin, however, if I apply a translucent powder over the moisturiser, this keeps the shine at bay. I might try switching over to Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturiser to see if this will leave my skin less greasier.

Overall this is a great tinted moisturiser and by far one of the best ones I have used.
