Chrome Intense, a new version which revisits the fragrance’s emblematic freshness reveals its darker side and becomes more vibrant, textured and woody, for a long-lasting trail.

Chrome’s “Fresh Aquatic Woody” signature blends with spicy-woody accents to give way to a “Fresh Spicy Woody” accord for a fusing, explosive freshness, paired with an intense trail.

Chrome celebrates the values of multi-generational by paying tribute to the unfailing bond between a father and his son and to create this new sophisticated freshness, Chrome’s three original accords are enriched with noble and powerful ingredients:

To begin, elemi, a resin derived from trees mainly native to the Philippines, merges with frosty mint to spark up the ethereal lightness of bergamot, mingled with transparent musks.

Cardamom, a spice produced from a plant indigenous to Asia, diffuses its sweet and sensual scents to enliven Chrome’s aquatic heart.Lastly, the patchouli – papyrus – vetiver woody accord adds depth to the sandalwood and mate leaf signature, so identifiably Chrome.

“To tell this new story, I used papyrus to give a textured vibe and bring out the darker side of the intense version. I also played on the freshness/warmth duality of vetiver to develop its woody character without losing the sensation of freshness.” Mylène Alran, Robertet perfumer, creator of Chrome Intense.

The Chrome bottle is reinterpreted to resemble the material evoked by its name. When the azure blue of the fragrance grows darker and more intense, a tube with a metallic effect and herringbone motif reminiscent of actual chrome crosses the inside of the bottle to echo the unbreakable bond between father and son.
