SCHMIDT'S BERGAMONT & LIME NATURAL DEODARANT

When it comes to underarm deodorant, there are two major factors I don’t like to compromise on. One is smell and two is sweat ratio, hence my use of a 24 hour antiperspirant.
But after reading how bad an antiperspirant deodorant actually is due to the levels of aluminium chloride and what it can potentially do to our bodies, this made me go in search of an all natural alternative that does not compromise on either.
Enter Schmidt’s Natural Deodorant – a fast absorbing, non-sticky formula that is free of aluminium, propylene glycol, gluten, parabens & phthalates. It is certified vegan and cruelty free.
So I have been trying out their Bergamont & Lime deodorant jar. The product comes with a tiny scoop so that you can scrape a small coin size of the product and rub it between your fingers to warm it up. Once it has melted you rub it into your armpits. Now for some users, they prefer to use a deodorant stick which is fine, Schmidt’s have recently added these to their range, however, I don’t have an issue using this method of application as I find you have more control of the amount of product you use.
After rigorous testing for a month, I must say overall I am very impressed with this natural deodorant. Not once have I emitted an unfavourable odour and sweating is kept to a level I can tolerate. The Bergamont & Lime scent is fresh and citrussy. What will really seal the deal is when I am out in 45 degree heat, then I want to see how this deo performs.
The only negative aspect for me is that Schmidt’s is not readily available in the Middle East, however, you can purchase it online through their website and it gets delivered to your P.O. Box without any hassle.
