Description:We are looking for a motivated Regional Sales & Business Development Manager to join our team on a full time basis. The successful candidate must be prepared to travel regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for beauty brands with local distribution rights held by the company in the UAE and GCC/Mena.

  • Implement a local and GCC/Mena sales & distribution plan for all beauty brands within the company’s portfolio to select pharmacies and retailers.

  • Implement effective sales & marketing strategies related to all beauty brands within the company’s portfolio.

  • Build new retail client relationships offering the company’s beauty product range.

  • Attend local trade shows & exhibitions – working with marketing on new product launches and variety of other market communications initiatives.

Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years commercial experience in leading a sales & distribution function for a beauty brand leveraging your own industry contacts.

  • Excellent experience in building relationships with new customers and enhancing existing relationships to maximize sales & margin returns.

  • Ability to understand competitive analysis and be a knowledge base for the product range.

  • Local knowledge and proven experience is essential for this role.

  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
